We finally bought our fit flat in Rasik Tower. It is a 3 BHK and the built up area is 1450 square feet, which seems quite large for us. The location in Asadpur Kayam is okay, not too far from the main areas. We went for this because it is ready to move in, and we wanted to settle quickly. The gated community aspect gives us some peace of mind. We looked at a few other places, but the size of this flat was a major draw. Rasik Infra Constructions seems to have finished the project on time, which is good. We are still figuring out some of the finer details about the society rules and charges. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.

It’s spacious enough for our family. The project by Rasik Infra Constructions is ready to move in, and we appreciated that. Being a gated community with a paved compound makes it feel safe and clean. The rainwater harvesting system is a thoughtful feature. While the location is great for the school, the nearby distance to Aligarh Railway Station might be a bit inconvenient for occasional travel.
