I liked that they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a security cabin, which makes me feel safer. The location in Narolgam is okay, close to Divine Life International School and Sagar Super Mall, so daily needs are covered. The price starting from 36.6 Lakhs was within my budget. I'm hoping the construction finishes on time by September 2021 as planned. The only slight worry is the Narol-Aslali Road traffic during peak hou, but I guess that's common in most areas now.
