  We bought a 2400 square feet plot in Rashi Rajanukunte because we wanted to build our dream home. The location in North Bangalore, Yelahanka, is quite good, especially with its easy access to the Doddaballapur Highway. Rashi Developedelivered this project quite some time ago, and it's ready to move in. That’s a big plus. We really liked the swimming pool and the children’s play area. It feels like a place where we could start a family. The power backup is also reassuring. However, the traffic on the Doddaballapur Highway during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is a concern for our daily commute. Also, the hospital is nearby, which is a bit of a distance.

Being ready to move by Rashi Developeis convenient, and the project has been around since 2009. I appreciate the provision of essential amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and importantly, 24x7 security, which provides peace of mind. The proximity to the Doddaballapur Highway is a plus for connectivity. My main concern is the accessibility – the last stretch to the project involves navigating some narrower roads, which could be improved. The lift availability is also good for the future if I decide to build a multi-story structure. It’s a decent investment.
