We visited Ranveer Shiv Paradise because we need a bigger space for our family. The 2 BHK flats have a carpet area of 607 square feet, which is quite spacious. It's good that the developer, Ranveer Constructions, is focusing on basic utilities like 24x7 water supply and a receiving station. The project is in Sant Nagar, Lohegaon, and it's good that Vidya Pratishthan's New English Medium School is only nearby, making it convenient for our kids. However, the project is still under construction and the completion date is March 2028, which feels a bit far. Also, the area might get dusty during construction. We are hoping the internal roads will be well-made.
