We were looking for a family home and Rangoli Elite caught our eye. The proximity to Indira Gandhi Memorial High School, just a 3-minute drive, was a major deciding factor for us. We opted for a spacious 3 BHK flat, approximately 1200 square feet. The budget was around 40 Lakh, which fit our finances. Rangoli Builde& Developehave included a children's play area and a community hall, which are great for the kids and social gatherings. The ready-to-move status was also very convenient. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and can get muddy after rain. Otherwise, the 24/7 water supply and the fire fighting system provide good peace of mind.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Rangoli Elite because it offered good value for money in Kolkata. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1196 square feet to 1538 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The price point, starting from 26.26 Lakh up to 51.52 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the size and location. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for me. I liked the inclusion of a children's play area and a community hall. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems are also commendable. One thing that could be improved is the connectivity to the main city from Rajbari; it takes a bit of time to reach places like Noapara Metro Station, which is about 4 kilometeaway.

I looked at a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 784 square feet. The price was within my budget, around 26.26 Lakh. The developer, Rangoli Builde& Develope, has included essential amenities like a gymnasium and 24/7 water supply. The sensor-operated dooand lifts are a nice modern touch. My only slight worry is the traffic congestion near the airport during peak hou, but the proximity is too good to pass up. It feels secure with the fire fighting system in place.
