Being ready to move is a plus, as I don't want any construction hassles at this stage of my life. The proximity to Sree Netralaya eye hospital is convenient, being just a two-minute walk away. The price of 53.6 Lakh is acceptable. My only concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be a bit disruptive at times. However, the presence of a lift is very helpful.
