This gives us ample room for our two children. The proximity to The Orbis School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. Having 24/7 water supply and power backup is crucial, especially with young kids. The price of 75.65 Lakh for the larger unit fits our budget. The only downside we've noticed so far is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which is common in developing areas like this. We are hoping it settles down soon.
