Rams Buildehas included essential amenities like solar lighting and rainwater harvesting, which is good for long-term savings and sustainability. Parking is closed car parking, which is a plus. The project is ready to move in, which was a big factor for me. The only slight downside is the general traffic congestion in Nungambakkam during peak hou, but that's typical for this prime area.
