It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait too long. The project has a swimming pool and a gym, which are nice amenities to have. My parents were a bit worried about the traffic noise since it's near the main road, but it hasn't been too bad so far. The only minor issue is finding parking can be a little tricky during peak houwhen visitoarrive. Overall, the convenience for the kids is the main reason we chose this place.
