The location in Valasaravakkam is excellent, close to where we teach. Rams Buildeoffered this project with zero brokerage, which saved us some money. The flat is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The price of 79 Lakhs felt reasonable for the space and location. The landscaping adds a nice touch to the surroundings. My only slight worry is that the built-up area feels a little smaller than advertised once furniture is in, but it's manageable. Overall, happy with the purchase.
