I bought a 3 BHK, 1750 Sq.ft, for approximately 1.6 Cr. The proximity to Hero Honda Road (2 KM) and Pataudi Road (3 KM) is excellent for commuting. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are convenient. The project is quite old, completion in 2009, but it seems to be well-maintained. The hospital is nearby, which is acceptable.
