I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the visitor parking. The location near Hero Honda Road and Khandsa Road is decent for getting around Gurgaon. The only slight drawback is that the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is quite far, making metro access inconvenient for longer commutes.
