I recently moved into Ramky Pride. The 1000 square feet 2 BHK is just right for me. Being a single woman, the gated community and 24-hour power backup are crucial. The gymnasium is a big plus, saving me time on commuting to a separate gym. It’s also very close to Miyapur Metro Station, which is a lifesaver for my daily commute. The Rainbow Children's Hospital and BirthRight are just a few minutes away, which is reassuring. The only slight downside is that the traffic on Mumbai Highway can be heavy during peak houOtherwise, the apartment is well-ventilated and feels secure.

Ramky Estates has provided basic amenities like a children's play area and rain water harvesting. The proximity to Sanghamitra School is very convenient as it is just a minute's walk. This was a major factor for us. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects is a bit of a nuisance at times. The management says they are working on improving landscaping. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, especially considering the distance to essential services.

We decided to buy a 2 BHK at Ramky Pride because of its location. It's great that Sanghamitra School is only a minute away, and the hospital is just 3 minutes down the road. The Miyapur Metro Station is also easily accessible within 3 minutes, making our commutes much easier. The 1000 square feet built up area is good for us as a young couple starting out. Ramky Estates has included a gymnasium and a children's play area, which are nice touches. The gated community aspect makes us feel safe. The only concern we have is that parking can be a bit challenging when we have visitoover. Otherwise, we are quite content with our decision.
