We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Ramky Fern Dale last month. It feels so much better than renting. The built-up area is 1650 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space for the kids and our home office. The location in Medavakkam, Krishnaveni Nagar is quite convenient, close to Velammal New Gen School. We really liked the children's play area. The swimming pool is also a nice addition for relaxation after a long week. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which was manageable with our savings and a home loan.
