The developer, Ramky Infra And DevelopePvt Ltd, has a good reputation. The location in South Hyderabad is promising, especially with the proposed metro and future city developments within nearby. They have a children's play area and a sports complex, which is great for future use. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a sense of security. The only thing is the road leading to the project could be a bit better maintained.
