We decided on Ramkrushna Residency because it is very close to Wisdom High International School, which is great for our kids. The location in Satpur, Panchavati is also convenient. We looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 836 square feet. The construction is still underway and is expected to be completed by December 2026. The developer, Ramkrushna Develope, seems to be on track. One thing I am a little concerned about is the traffic in the area during peak houIt can get quite congested. But overall, the proximity to essential services and the decent size of the apartment are big plus points for our family.
