The location at Pathardi Phata is developing well and it's close to Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital, which is important. Vishant Vilas Chumbhale is the developer, and they promise completion by December 2026. I'm looking at a 2 BHK, the carpet area is around 430 Sq.ft. They also have facilities like 24x7 security and water supply, which gives me peace of mind knowing my parents will be comfortable. The solid waste management system is also a plus. I'm hoping the construction quality holds up. It’s under construction now, so I can’t see the finished product but the plans look good.
