We were looking for a ready to move flat near FC Road for my parents in Pune. Ramkrishna by Lagoo Apte Properties LLP P seemed like a good option. The location in Shivajinagar is quite convenient, close to Sancheti Hospital which is important. My father liked the 1302 sq.ft carpet area for the 3 BHK configuration, it feels spacious enough. They offer 24x7 water supply which is a basic need but good to have. One thing that concerns me is the open parking; I hope it's secure enough. Also, I haven't seen any mention of a generator backup for power outages, which can be common. The metro station is also quite close by, which is good for my mother.

The location is fantastic, very close to schools like BVB'S Sulochana Natu Vidya Mandir and walkable to the metro station. I opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1395 sq.ft, and it feels very spacious. The project is ready to move, which was a big relief for a fit-time buyer like me. They have basic amenities like solid waste management and fire safety. The only downside I've noticed is the dust from the ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a bit botheome. But the builder seems good, and the flat itself is lovely.

Finally found a place to call my own! I bought a 1395 sq.ft 3 BHK at Ramkrishna in Shivajinagar. Being ready to move was a huge plus, I didn't want to wait. The location on FC Road is excellent, I can walk to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Udyan Metro Station in about 10 minutes, which makes my commute easy. The carpet area is really good, plenty of space for my home office setup. The builder, Lagoo Apte Properties LLP P, has included basic amenities like rainwater harvesting and solid waste management, which are important for sustainable living. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes because it's on a main road, but I guess that's the trade-off for such a prime location. Overall, happy with my fit home purchase.
