We have been renting in Chennai for yeaand finally decided to buy our own home at Ramkhar Charan. Upgrading from a rental is a big step, and we needed a good 2 BHK apartment. The 1048 Sq.ft size is perfect for our growing family. We were impressed by the Vastu compliant design and the provision for 24x7 water supply, which is a huge relief. The gated community offepeace of mind with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. Madhavaram is a developing area, and it's good that the project is close to Madhavaram Bus Terminal. The only drawback we noticed during our site visit was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which might be an issue for a few months. But the price of 78.59 Lakh onwards is manageable for us.
