Ambattur seemed like a good option. The size of the flats, starting from 673 square feet for a 2 BHK, is suitable for them. RAMKHAR DEVELOPEOPEPEES has a decent reputation. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are crucial as they are elderly and need consistent services. The price range of 50.48 Lakh onwards felt reasonable for the Chennai market. I haven't seen the project peonally recently, but my parents are happy with the initial setup.
