The fact that the project is ready to move in allowed us to make a quick decision. We looked at the general layout and felt it was practical for a family. The proximity to Old Mahabalipuram Road at nearby offegood connectivity. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments is a bit of an issue currently. We are also keeping an eye on the development towards GST Road, nearby.
