It's still under construction, with completion expected by October 2028. The built-up area for our apartment is around 1815 Sq.ft. The price was 1.35 Crore, which fit our budget. The proximity to Kaizen Hospital (1.5 KM) and Gujarat Univeity Metro Station (1.37 KM) is a huge advantage for us. The only minor issue is the traffic on Sola Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Otherwise, the project amenities like the cricket pitch and landscaping seem well thought out.

The location on Sola Road is quite good, close to Chitrakut Jain Derasar. I really liked the clubhouse and the waiting lounge. The construction is ongoing and expected to finish by October 2028. The only thing that felt a bit high was the price, but my agent assured me it's a good investment for the future. I’m also a bit worried about getting the loan approved easily, though they said banks are generally supportive.
