    This is my fit flat purchase, and I was looking for something ready to move. Ramaniyam Roopa offered 3 BHK flats with a builtup area of 1600 square feet. The location near Gandhi Nagar in Adyar is quite good, and it's nice that Adyar Bus Depot is nearby for travel. Ramaniyam Real Estates Pvt Ltd. Seems to have completed this project a while back, which means the initial construction teething issues might be over. The power backup is a useful amenity. I did notice a bit of dust and noise from the ongoing developments in the surrounding areas, which is something to consider. It's a decent starting point for me.
