We liked the idea of a gated community with solid waste management and paved compound. The builder, Ramaniyam Real Estates Pvt Ltd., has a good track record. Being close to Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School (0 KM) is convenient as we both teach there. The video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance add to the safety features. The only thing is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit botheome, but we expect it to settle down.
