We chose Ramani Sai Enclave mainly because it's close to Bharathi School. My kids can walk there easily. The 2 BHK apartment has 1125 Sq.ft builtup area, which is good for our family. It was ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The children's play area is a big hit with my little ones. The location in P. N. Pudur, Vadavalli also offeaccess to The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital and is not too far from Mettupalayam Road. Ramani Realtodelivered this project a while back, so it's a known quantity.
