We finalized our 3 BHK at Ramani Dev Bhumi Heights mostly because the carpet area is a generous 857 Sq.ft. Ramani Developeseem to have a good plan for the amenities too, especially the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems, which is important for Ahmedabad. The structure is earthquake-resistant RCC, which gives peace of mind. My husband did mention that the drive from Kathwada can get a bit slow during peak hou, but it's not a dealbreaker for us. We are looking forward to the January 2030 completion date.

Ramani Developeare including important amenities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures, which shows responsibility. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is reassuring. I’m aware it’s under construction and due for completion in January 2030. My only minor concern is the distance to the Vastral Gam Metro Station, which is over nearby. However, the internal roads and footpaths seem well-planned, and 24x7 security is a plus.
