The Anna Nagar area has good potential for rental income, and the fact that it is ready to move is attractive to potential tenants. While specific configuration details weren't available to me, the general location is solid. I'm hoping the appreciation in this part of Chennai continues. I haven't faced any issues with the developer, Ram Constructions, so far. The building's status as ready to move is a key advantage for quick rental yields.

Being close to Thirumangalam Metro Station Bus Stop, which is nearby, is a significant advantage for my daily travel. The layout of the flat is functional and suits my requirements well. One drawback I’ve noticed is the traffic congestion on the main roads during peak hou, which can make getting around challenging. I bought a flat in Ram Pranav Apartments a few months ago. The location in Anna Nagar is quite convenient for daily errands. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait. I also liked that SBOA School & Junior College is only about half a kilometer away, making it accessible. The building itself seems well-maintained so far. My only small issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a bit tricky during peak houwhen visitoarrive. Otherwise, the peaceful environment is something I appreciate.
