    We bought a 2 BHK apartment at Rajyash Sahaj Silicon because of its location. DAV International School is literally nearby, which is a dream for any parent. The 909 square feet built up area is adequate for our family of three. It's ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The Rajyash Group has included good amenities like a swimming pool and an indoor games area which the kids absolutely love. Power backup is also available, which is crucial. The only slight concern is the dust on the roads in Juhapura, but hopefully, that improves with time. Overall, it's a convenient place to live.
