We chose Rajyash Riyana because of its family-friendly amenities and location. Divine Life School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, around 800 sq.ft. The project offea kid's pool and a dedicated play area, which our kids are already excited about. The 24x7 water supply and security are also important factofor us. Rajyash Group is building this complex, with completion expected in December 2026. The proximity to the APMC Metro Station is a bonus for city travel. The only minor issue is the parking situation, which seems a bit tight based on the current layout plans we saw. We are hoping they have sufficient visitor parking.
