We were looking for a decent flat in Kolkata and found Rajwada Oakside. The location in Sonarpur, Garia is quite convenient, especially with Kavi Nazrul Metro Station nearby. It took us a short distance reach the office from here. We booked a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of around 950 square feet. The price was within our budget, around 48 Lakh. Construction looks solid and it is ready to move in. The amenities like the gymnasium and children's play area are good. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Rajwada Group seems to have a good reputation.
