We decided on Rajvi Residency for our family. We looked at the 2 BHK flats, which range from 1035 Sq.ft to 1215 Sq.ft built up. The location in Nikol, near Dipak School (a short distance), was a major draw for us. Having a good school so close is a huge relief. The project is ready to move, having been completed in December 2020. Rajvi Construction has provided basic amenities like internal roads and footpaths. My only real worry is the general upkeep and cleanliness. While the building itself is fine, the common areas could be maintained better. We are hoping it improves over time.

We liked that it is ready to move in and the construction was finished by December 2020. Getting to our office on the Sardar Patel Ring Road is not too difficult, maybe a short distance. The Narol-Naroda Road is also close by. The only slight issue is the internal roads are a bit narrow and can get dusty sometimes during construction around the area. Otherwise, it’s a good place for a young couple.
