We were looking for a new home near a good school and found Rajvee Residency. Dipak School is a short distance, which is super convenient for us. The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of 646 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family of three. The price point was within our budget, around 26 Lakh. The location in Nikol, Ahmedabad is developing well. We checked the construction quality and it seems decent. One thing we noticed is that the roads around the project can get a bit dusty during construction, but that is expected in a growing area. Overall, we are happy with the decision to move here.

The fact that it is ready to move in made my decision easier. The location is okay, it's close to Dipak School, which is good. The price was acceptable for a fit-time buyer. Rajvee Infracon seems to be a stable developer. My main worry is that the approach road to the project is quite narrow, and during monsoon, it can get waterlogged, which might be inconvenient. However, the apartment itself is well-constructed.
