We bought a 2 BHK here at Rajus Rail View a few months ago. It is ready to move in which was a big plus for us. The location in Ambattur is quite convenient, with the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road nearby for travel. The Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar Higher Secondary School is only a short distance, which is great. Power backup is available, which gives some peace of mind. The built-up area for our flat is 894 square feet. We got it for 38.44 Lakh. The price felt reasonable for the space. Maintenance charges are also quite manageable, and the 24x7 security is a good feature. Overall, it is a peaceful place to settle down.

The price was 35 Lakh, which was manageable for me. Rajus Flat Promotehave been responsive to my questions. The location is good because it is close to the Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar Higher Secondary School, which is important for my younger sister. Also, the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road is easily accessible.
