I bought a 1400 square feet 3 BHK flat in Rajrappa Arpan for my parents who are living in Ranchi. The main reason was the ready to move status and the amenities that would make their life comfortable. The children's play area is not relevant for them, but the gymnasium and swimming pool are good facilities for my father. Having Orchid Medical Centre nearby provides significant peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are essential safety features. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing development nearby, which I hope will subside. Overall, PRP Infra Project has provided a good option for my parents.

We chose Rajrappa Arpan mainly because of its proximity to D. A. V Public School, which is nearby. This makes the morning commute for the kids so much easier. The children's play area is also a good addition, keeping them entertained within the complex. We got a 1750 square feet 3 BHK, which is quite spacious for our family. The solid waste management system is something we noted positively. However, the traffic on Tagore Hill Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The swimming pool is also a great amenity for the entire family. Overall, it's a convenient location for families.
