We really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it feels quite green. Having closed car parking is also a big plus for us. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor since we didn't want to wait. The developer, Rajpurohit Shravan, has provided basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The only drawback we noticed is the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during construction phases of nearby plots, but hopefully, that will improve over time. We are happy with our decision so far.
