Rajparis Sarovar is located very close to Velammal New Gen School - Medavakkam, which is just an 8-minute drive, making school runs so much easier. We looked at the 3 BHK configuration, which is quite spacious. The project by Rajparis Civil Constructions Ltd. Offea children's play area, which is great for the kids. It is a gated community, providing a safe environment. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. The price range is between 50.71 Lakh to 69.52 Lakh. While the location is convenient for the school, the overall traffic in Medavakkam can be quite congested during peak hou, which is something we are still adjusting to. The project was completed in 2014.

The location in Medavakkam is decent, not too far from OMR which is nearby. We liked the gym and the jogging track facility provided. The flat itself is vastu compliant. The only slight drawback is that the construction feels a bit old since it was completed in 2014, but overall it seems okay. The piped gas connection is a good convenience.
