Finding a home near good schools was my priority, and Rajparis Iswaryam is perfect. Alpha School is just nearby, and Rainbow Children's Hospital is also very close, which is reassuring. We got a 3 BHK and the size is adequate for our family, around 1400 square feet. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The jogging track is nice for my evening walks. The Kotturpuram location is also quite central. One small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.
