The 2 BHK apartment has a built-up area of around 950 square feet, which feels quite spacious for me and my small family. Location in Ashok Nagar is very convenient, especially with Kendriya Vidyalaya a short distance – perfect for future schooling. MGM Healthcare is also really close by, which gives peace of mind. The construction quality looks decent for its age. Overall, a good starting point for me.
