We chose a 1 BHK row house which is about 600 square feet. It's enough space for us and doesn't feel cramped. The Vastu compliant design was important for us. Having Zen Schools and Zydus Multispeciality Hospital so close is a huge convenience, though we don't need them daily anymore. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for staying active. The price point was reasonable for what they offer, around 11.47 Lakh. The project was completed in 2015 so it's fairly established now.
