We decided to book a 2 BHK at Rajmahal. The built-up area for this configuration is between 493 Sq.ft and 782 Sq.ft, which is sufficient for our small family. The price range starts from 20.04 Lakh, which fits our budget as government employees. Realtech Nirman Pvt Ltd has included basic amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply. It’s good that it's a gated community. However, the access road is quite narrow, which might be an issue sometimes, and the surrounding area has a lot of construction dust currently. We are hoping these things improve once the project is fully complete.
