I purchased a flat in Rajesh Tarkar Rajdeep Residency Phase 2 in North Goa for my parents who live there. The main reason was its ready-to-move status and the developer, Rajesh Tarkar, has a decent track record. Being close to Manipal Hospitals Goa (a short distance) was a critical factor for me, ensuring they have quick access to medical care. The 24x7 security is also a comfort knowing they are safe. The Dona Paula area is pleasant. My only small concern is the noise from the nearby main road at times, especially during the day. I trust the project will be comfortable for them.

I bought a flat here last year as an investment property. The location in North Goa, Merces is developing, and I expect good rental returns. It was ready to move in by October 2020, which was convenient. The 24x7 water supply and security are standard but essential. My main concern is that the access road to the project is a bit narrow, which might be an issue for visitowith larger vehicles. Also, during peak season, traffic can get a bit congested in Dona Paula. Overall, it seems like a decent bet for rental income given the proximity to schools and hospitals.

As a retired professional, I wanted a peaceful and convenient place in Goa. Rajesh Tarkar Rajdeep Residency Phase 2, located opposite Merces Church, offered just that. It was completed and ready to move in by October 2020. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, a must-have. The proximity to Goa Univeity Bus Stop, a short distance, is also convenient for getting around. While the overall construction quality appeagood, I feel the rooms could have been a bit larger. However, for my current needs, it is adequate. The 24x7 security provides a good sense of safety.

It's a ready-to-move property, which meant we could shift immediately. The 24x7 security is a big plus for us, giving us peace of mind. The only downside is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, and finding a spot can be challenging sometimes, especially if we have guests. However, the proximity to Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School, which is a short distance, makes the commute for our children very easy.

We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that's common in developing Goa. The project was completed in October 2020 and is ready to move into. We are happy with the convenience it offeour children.
