The area is developing, and proximity to essential places like Mehta Hospital (3 mins) is a definite plus. However, I have heard from some residents about potential traffic congestion on the internal roads once more people move in, which is a point of concern for my daily commute. Otherwise, the basic infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths seem adequate.
