I looked at the 3 BHK options, specifically the 1455 Sq.ft ones, which feel quite large for a fit home. The landscaping and tree planting look nice in the brochure, and I appreciate the solar power system for eco-friendliness. It's located in Baguiati, which is a developing area. The price is around 92.58 Lakh for the smaller 3 BHKs, which is manageable for me. The only small issue is the car parking seems a bit limited based on the site visit. I'm trusting Reputed Developer to deliver a good product by June 2029.

However, the completion date is June 2029, which feels quite far away. I am also a bit concerned about the traffic on VIP Road during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. Overall, it's a decent option but the wait time is a factor.

The biggest drawback right now is the ongoing construction; there's quite a bit of dust and noise, which is expected but still a bit annoying.
