We needed a larger home for our growing family and looked at Rajapushpa Aurelia in Tellapur. The 4 BHK apartments offer a generous built-up area ranging from 2560 sq.ft to 2866 sq.ft. The location is excellent with Samashti International School literally next door, which was a deciding factor for us. The price for a 4 BHK is between 1.90 Crore and 2.12 Crore. We are investing in a 3 BHK with 2560 sq.ft built up area for around 1.90 Crore. The developer, RAJAPUSHPA PROPERTIES PVT. LTD D, is known for quality construction. We are excited about the lush greenery and the 76% open spaces, plus the large clubhouse. The only slight concern is the parking; we will have two ca, and need to ensure adequate space is provided.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Rajapushpa Aurelia because of its location near Samashti International School, which is nearby. I am getting a 3 BHK built up area of 1955 sq.ft. The price is around 1.45 Crore. The developer, RAJAPUSHPA PROPERTIES PVT. LTD D, seems reliable. I like the idea of closed car parking and 24x7 water supply. My only worry is the ongoing construction; there's a lot of dust and noise from the site which makes visiting the area a bit uncomfortable right now. Hopefully, things will calm down once the project is closer to completion in October 2028.

The location in Tellapur, West Hyderabad, is developing rapidly. We are particularly impressed by the amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and jogging track. The project is part of the massive 350-acre Rajapushpa Lifestyle City, which is a huge plus. The price point around 1.5 Crore for a 3 BHK is manageable for us. The price range of 1.45 Crore to 2.12 Crore is definitely on the higher side, but the developer RAJAPUSHPA PROPERTIES PVT. LTD D has a good reputation. We liked the idea of 76% open spaces and the massive 76,500 sq.ft. Club Aura. However, the completion date is October 2028, which feels a bit far away, and the distance to Raidurg Metro Station (11.31 KM) might be a concern for daily commute.
