This is my fit property purchase, and I was looking for something ready-to-move. Raj Heramba Regalia Residency E seemed like a good option. It was completed in June 2019, so it's not a new construction, but the developer, Raj Heramb Properties, has a presence here. I got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 559 Sq.ft. The parking facilities, both closed and open, are adequate. The location on Paud Road in Bavdhan is decent, although the internal roads leading to the project could be better maintained – they are a bit narrow and uneven. I am hoping the value of this property appreciates over time as the area develops. It’s a bit of a learning curve for me.

After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own place. We chose a 2 BHK flat in Raj Heramba Regalia Residency E. The carpet area is 559 Sq.ft, which is much better than our current rental. It was ready to move in, having been completed by Raj Heramb Properties in June 2019. The amenities like closed and open car parking are convenient. The location in Bavdhan on Paud Road is reasonably well-connected. While the apartment itself is good, the overall upkeep of common areas needs a bit more attention from the society management. Also, navigating the traffic on Paud Road during peak school drop-off and pick-up times can be challenging. Still, it's a significant upgrade for us.
