We liked the 1 BHK layout, it felt quite spacious for a couple. The swimming pool and the internal roads were attractive features. The location in Arpora is decent, close enough to Calangute and Anjuna for weekend outings. The only minor drawback we noticed is that the parking space might be a bit tight when the community gets fully occupied. Overall, Rainforest Holdings appeato be a decent builder.
