We were looking for something in South Hyderabad and Rainbow Brindavanam caught our eye. The 2 BHK apartment is quite spacious at 1251 Sq.ft built up, which is good for us as we both work from home sometimes. The location in Hayathnagar is decent, not too far from the Outer Ring Road which is convenient for weekend getaways. They mention 24x7 water supply, which is a must-have. Construction seems solid, and it’s ready to move in, which means we don’t have to wait too long. Parking is available with closed options too. One small thing is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that settles down once things are complete.

I finally bought my own place in Rainbow Brindavanam. Being a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. The project is in Sama Nagar, which is developing nicely. It's ready to move, so I can settle in soon. I liked that they have 24x7 water supply and closed car parking. The Saritha Vidhya Niketan school is a short distance, which is great if I ever plan to have kids or for guests. L. B. Nagar Metro is nearby, so it’s accessible. The size of the 2 BHK, 1251 Sq.ft, is more than enough for me. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it’s manageable.

However, the narrow lane access for about 200 metecould be a minor inconvenience for some.
