The 2 BHK flats are of good size, around 800 sq.ft. The price point between 26.8 Lakh and 35.4 Lakh is reasonable for Chennai West. I liked that it has rainwater harvesting, which is important. The proximity to Nazareth Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Deepam Eye Hospital is a big plus for them. Rahul Associates is the developer. Hope they are happy with the construction quality.
