I particularly liked the Paved Compound and the Landscaping & Tree Planting; it makes the place feel serene. The proximity to Madhavaram Bus Terminal, nearby, is excellent for occasional travel. While the price of around 50 Lakhs is reasonable for the area, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor concern. However, the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Fire Alarm provide a sense of security.
