The price range of 1.02 Crore to 1.5 Crore for flats between 1320 and 1940 square feet built-up area seems competitive for Hyderabad. Raghuram Infrastructures is the developer, and their past projects suggest timely delivery. The project offeseveral amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are good for attracting tenants. The surrounding area is developing, which is a positive sign for rental yields. The main challenge might be the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. I am optimistic about this investment.

The price was around 1.2 Crore, which felt reasonable for the location and amenities. I appreciate the central cooling system they have installed. The construction quality looks solid, and the common areas are well-maintained. My only minor issue is the parking space; it might be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Otherwise, it’s a good buy.

We purchased a 1320 square feet 3 BHK here. Raghuram A2A Life Spaces is in Balanagar, which is a convenient location for us. The Vastu-compliant design was important to my wife, and the developer Raghuram Infrastructures included that. We have found the neighboto be quite pleasant so far. The clubhouse looks nice, although we haven't used the gymnasium or swimming pool much yet. The landscaping is well done and adds a nice touch. My only slight concern is the traffic noise from Jeedimetla Main Road during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. Overall, it is a comfortable place to settle down.

Our 3 BHK flat has a built-up area of about 1400 square feet. The price was around 1.15 Crore. The developer, Raghuram Infrastructures, has included features like a children's play zone and landscaping, which my kids enjoy. The waiting lounge is also a nice touch for when guests visit. We did notice the traffic on Jeedimetla Main Road can be quite heavy, especially during commute times, but it’s manageable. The interioare decent, and the Vastu-compliant design was a plus.
